Develop Operations Manual
Time Duration: Ongoing, including several meetings and online co-ordination
Description: Help us, with help from other co-ops in different stages of development, put together an operations manual for day-to-day activities of the co-op when it is open. Ideally this person or persons will have hands-on experience with managing a retail establishment, and will have supervised staff. Previous co-op experience is a plus. This position will begin immediately, as an interim inter co-op group has already formed.

Earth Day Celebration at the Prospect Park Zoo
Duration: One meeting and a day at the zoo
Description: Brainstorm ideas with other food co-ops about creating an educational and entertaining table at the Earth Day Festival in the Park.

Time Duration: Continuous but minimal time each week

Outreach

Description: We need people interested in promoting the co-op, who have a salesperson's mentality, and like talking to connect with local houses of worship and building cooperatives in small, designated regions within the this area. There are four key ways that we can connect and market our food cooperative. More community awareness, more members, sooner store opens.
